Mara Ellison.
Mara trained in Amsterdam and tied for hotels before opening Florists in 2014. She still buys at the growers’ market herself, twice a week, and still ties every wedding bouquet.

Tuesdays and Fridays, dawn. Whatever is best, not whatever is cheapest.

Conditioned overnight
Every stem rested, stripped and fed before it meets a ribbon.

Eighty percent within fifty miles in season. Local flowers first, always.
